Directions

2 Carrots
2.
2 Potatos
3.
250 gm Sugar
4.
500 ml Milk
5.
10 Almonds
6.
20 Cashewnuts
7.
5 Cardamom
8.
5 Dry Grapes
9.
10 ml Ghee

Wash Carrot and Potato. Boil both Carrot and Potato separately. Peel of the potato skin after boiling. Grind and make paste of carrot and potato separately.
11.
Soak both cashew nuts and almond in water for 3 hours. Remove the skin of almond. Grind both almond and cashew to make a paste.
12.
Mix 250 ml of water in the milk and boil it. When it boils add the sugar to it and stir gently until the sugar dissolves completely. Now add the carrot paste and potato paste and cook for 10 minutes. Add the nuts paste also and stir gently and allow it to boil for another 5 minutes. Cut the remaining almonds and cashew into bits, fry in ghee and add it. Fry grapes in ghee until it becomes ball and add it to the kheer. Make cardamom powder and add it and stir gently. That's all. Delicious Kheer is ready to serve.
