c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2-1/2
c. walnuts or peanuts, or any nut you prefer, although if you do use peanuts, use about 3 cups

tsp orange extract (or any that is desired, we love orange!)
Directions

In a pot over medium-low heat, combine the brown and white sugar and the sour cream. Heat until around 235 degrees (you will need a meat or candy thermometer to check this). Add in your nuts and remove from heat. Quickly stir in your choice of extract and pour onto a buttered pan. Smooth out and allow to cool. Break into sections and enjoy!
