Soak Sago pearls in water for an hour. Boil the potatoes. Peel of the skin and smash it. Add the sago pearls, grated green chillies, grinded groundnut powder, salt, coriander leaves, boiled smashed soya granules to the smashed potatoes and mix it well. Prepare doughnut from the mix. Fry it in oil. Now the tasty doughnuts are ready to serve. Serve Hot.
