gm Wheat Flour

gm Sugar

ml Ghee

gm Cashew nut

ml Oil ( to fry)

Directions

250 gm Wheat Flour

100 ml Ghee

25 gm Cashew nut

500 ml Oil (to fry)

Add water to the wheat flour and make a dough. Make papads from the dough. Allow it to dry in shadow for 15- 20 hours. Now the dry papads are ready to fry. Fry all the papads. After an hour powder the papads by grinding it. Now measure the powder quantity. Grind the sugar also to make it powder. Take equal proportion of both the sugar powder and the papad powder. Add ghee fried cashew bits. Mix all of it. Heat the ghee until it melts. Add it to the mix. Prepare balls from it. Now the tasty balls are ready to serve.
