Description:

This great cheese ziti if delicious and perfect to make if you have a vegetarian in the house.

Ingredients

pd. ziti
2
jars 16 oz sauce
1
tsp oregano
1
tsp basil
1
tsp salt
1
tsp pepper
2
cup mozzarella
1
egg
parmasean
16oz ricotta

Directions

1.
- Boil the ziti until it is cooked
2.
- While the ziti is cooking, mix the oregano, basil, salt, pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, the egg, ricotta, into a bowl.
3.
- Get your pan ready (13x9) by spreading a layer of sauce on the bottom and sides of the pan.
4.
- When the noodles are finished cooking drain them.
5.
- Pour half the noodles into the pan.
6.
- Pour half the cheese mix into the pan on top of the noodles.
7.
- Put the rest of the noodles in the pan followed by the rest of the cheese.
8.
- Top with sauce and mix thoroughly to get the sauce mixed in well.
9.
- Finish this off by layering the top of the ziti with sauce the other cup of mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
10.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 with foil on then 15 minutes without foil
