1/2 lbs of lean ground beef

slices of stale bread-crumbled

cloves of garlic minced
dash salt and pepper-to taste

Squish all ingredients together except the onion. Roll into meatballs. Fry in a couple tablespoons of olive oil with the onion in skillet over medium heat. For best results do in batches
