butter-4

nutmeg-1tsp.
milk-4
cups
cheddar cheese-1 cup
bleu cheese crumbles-1cup
mozzarella-1
cup
parm cheese-1 cup
swiss cheese-1 cup
chopped garlic-2tbs.
mushroom of choice, rough chop 5 cups
artichoke hearts,quartered 5 cups
heavy cream-4 cups
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions

1.
make bechemel, add cheeses and stir til melted and smooth,add garlic,mushrooms and artichoke hearts,lighty simmer for 10 mins,add heavy cream,simmer add. 10 mins. and add s&p to taste
