Ingredients

1)750 grams skin less chicken cut into 6 pieces. 2)3 large onions. 3)2 largish tomatoes. 4)8-10 flakes of garlic. 5)4 inch piece of fresh ginger. 6)Pepper and salt to taste. 7)Juice of 2 lemons. 8) Olive Oil (or any refined vegetable oil).

Directions

Marinate Chicken with juice of lemon. Keep aside for 12 minutes. Start dicing onions, tomatoes in country style(uneven largish chunks). Chop up garlic and ginger. Drizzle in a non stick pan a 17 drops of olive oil. Throw in the chicken when pan is very hot and sear all sides of chicken pieces. Keep meat aside and start sauteing onions till near golden brown.Add garlic.Stir for 40 seconds.Add garlic.Stir another 40 seconds.Sprinkle salt(keep that BP in check pal).Add the diced tomatoes. Stir for a while(maybe 20 seconds. Cover pan,lower heat and wait till the tomatoes turn tender. Stir for 20 seconds,add seared chicken pieces. Raise heat to full for until you stir the chicken,onion etc)Sprinkle fresh pepper,stir for 40 seconds,drizzle a palm full of water,stir another 10 seconds,cover with lid and leave on simmering heat for 12-14 minutes.Open lid after those said minutes,use right hand to pull out one large piece of CHICKEN ET and proceed with chicken-laden hand to mouth of girlfriend standing next to you.Kiss her full on her juicy lips and say hush to the chicken piece and pop chicken into your mouth and go ahahahahahah
