pcs chicken breast cut into 1/2 bite size pieces

garlic I love garlic so I used more because I love garlic minced. 1 onion sliced 1 green onion chopped optional button mushrooms, 3 carrots cut diagonally, broccoli florets only, for the sauce 1/2 cups chicken stock, 4T oyster sauce, 2T soy sauce and a drop of hot sauce.

Prepare the carrots by cutting them into diagonal pieces and the broccoli into florets then blanch them into hot boiling water for 1-2 min then set aside. With the chicken breasts slice them into 1/2 bite size pieces then season with garlic powder, salt and pepper then set aside. In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup chicken stock, 4T oyster sauce, 2T soy sauce and a drop of hot sauce and mix set aside. Now heat a wok or big skillet and heat some oil when oil is hot cook chicken pieces until chicken is brown should take like 6 to 8 min to cook then set aside. Remove excess oil then add a little more oil when oil is hot saute the minced garlic and onions until fragrant then add the chopped green onions and mushrooms. Then add the blanched carrots and broccoli stir fry for few minutes. Then add the cooked chicken and stir fry again add sauce and mix evrything together bring sauce to a boil then add slurry and stir let simmer for few more minutes then serve.
