Heavy Whipping Cream About ¾ cup
Tomato Sauce 1 cup or more
( You could add green chili paste if you wish, 1 tsp)

Cut chicken into pieces.

Heat ½ of the butter in frying pan. Add ginger , garlic (and green chilis) and saute for a few minutes.

Add chicken and fry until golden on all sides. Add remaining ingredients, starting with spices. Add cream and tomato sauce, bring to slow boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes. Add more cream or tomato sauce to suite your taste.
