Ingredients

kg Chicken pieces(with bone)

Finely chopped Onion(medium size)
Puree of 3 Tomatoes(medium size)
Few sprigs of coriander to garnish
For curry paste grind together:

whole green Cardamoms
Directions
1.
Heat Oil in a deep pan and add the cloves and bay leaves.

Once they start to splutter add the onions and cook till they change colour.
3.
Then add the curry paste and keep stirring and frying it till the oil starts separating.
4.
Then add the tomato puree and the chilly and coriander powders.
5.
Add salt according to taste.
6.
When the mixture comes together add the chicken and cook on slow flame.
7.
When the chicken is nearly cooked add the lemon juice and leave the curry to simmer.
8.
Garnish the curry with curry chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice or nan bread.
