Skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Directions

Mix together soy sauce, sugar, a little honey, a little sake and water in a pot.

Heat on low while stirring to make a sort of simple syrup.
3.
Cut the chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes.
4.
Put the chicken pieces into the simple syrup, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
5.
Cut the scallions to in 1 inch pieces.
6.
Spear three or four pieces of chicken and some scallion on each wooden stick.
7.
Put on the barbecue for 20-25 minutes.
8.
You can make them in the oven as well for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
