Chopped onion and shredded cheddar cheese, (optional)

can (6 ounces) tomato paste
Directions

1. Cook garlic clover and beef on medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain.

2. Mix with tomato juice, tomato paste, chili powder, pepper sauce, salt and pepper while stirring.

4. Reduce heat, simmer and uncovered for 20 min. Keep it hot.

5. Grill hot dogs, place on buns then top with chili.

6. If desired sprinkle with cheese and onion.
