Ingredients
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Thick tamarind extract - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil - 3 tsp and salt as required

Boil the egg and peel the skin. Prick with a fork all over. Heat the oil and add the ginger garlic paste and the chopped onions. Fry nicely for 2 minutes. Add chilli powder, chopped chillies, tamarind extract and salt. Now pour half cup of water with sugar and turmeric powder. Slip the eggs gently to the gravy. Cook till thick seasoning absorbs into the eggs.
