Ingredients

cups large peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
Directions

Mix Shrimp with 1 ½ tsp.salt and ¼ tsp. Pepper and let them in room temperature for about 10 â 15 min
2.
Add egg, cream, cormeal, flour baking powder and ¼ tsp salt together and mix it
3.
Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degree
4.
Put shrimp in the mixture until they are well coated
5.
Put shrimp in hot fat in batches and fry until shrimp are light golden brown (for about 2 â 4 minutes)
