Chinese Roast Crispy Belly Pork

Ingredients

Belly Pork
Hoi Sin Sauce table spoon
Yellow bean sauce table spoon
Pinch 5 spice Powder
Chopped Ginger, and crushed Garlic

Directions

1.
Roasted Cripsy Belly of Pork...
2.
Pat the rind dry. Prick it with thousands of holes using either the proper tool or sharp fork.
3.
Turn over and cut lines 1.5 inch across belly.
4.
Mixed together hoi sin sauce,yellow bean sauce,garlic/ginger and some 5 spice power and smear into the cuts
5.
use meat hooks and hang overnight to dry. Or you could leave it in fridge for a few hours.
6.
Set gas mark 9 to preheat oven.
7.
Place pork on roasting rack in roasting tray. Pat skin dry.
8.
Turn down to gas mark 6 and roast for an hour until crispy. If skin doesn't crisp up, then put it under the grill
