Chocolate Molten Lava Cupcakes

Chocolate Molten Lava Cupcakes

I'm a Fan Too

Description:

My grandmother used to make these for me as a kid. They were so good, when I was older I asked her if she could write down the recipe. These are delicious cupcakes that leave you this gooey surprise in the center and are just darling. These are excellent for parties.

Ingredients

4
oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1
stick of Butter
1
cup of powdered sugar
2
eggs
2
egg YOLKS
6
tbsp. flour

Directions

1.
1. You'll want to preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.
2. Microwave the chocolate and butter in a bowl for about a minute (on HIGH or 10)
3.
3. Stir chocolate and butter until completely melted
4.
4. Stir in powdered sugar until well blended (no lumps!)
5.
5. Mix in eggs and egg yolks
6.
6. Stir in flour
7.
7. Divide the batter up between 10 lined muffin cups
8.
8. Bake for about 10 minutes (possibly less, but it always works for me at 10 minutes).
9.
9. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy! Be aware, that yes the center should be ooey, gooey chocolate! That's what makes it so DELICIOUS.
