Ingredients

Tbsp light soft brown sugar
1
oz semi sweet chocolate, grated coarsely
Directions
1.
Put the tapioca into a pan and mix with the milk.
2.
Let it sit for 5 minutes so the tapioca swells.
3.
Cook over medium heat while stirring until it gets to a full boil.

The mix should be thick and creamy.
6.
Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
7.
Heat the broiler to medium.
8.
Put the mixture into a Pyrex.
9.
Top with peanuts & chocolate.
