Ingredients

cup of milk chocolate

cups of vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs

cup ground pecans or walnuts

- 1/2 cup of dark rum
Directions

In a heavy pot, melt the chocolate on low heat Use the milk to thin the chocolate as needed.

Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the icing sugar and corn syrup.
3.
Mix in the vanilla wafers, nuts, salt, vanilla and rum if you are using them.
4.
Refrigerate the mixture until firm.
5.
Roll the mixture into small 1 inch balls then coat with cocoa
