Egg plant (aubergine)
Cut the above in to 8 skewerable pieces and skewer them

Teaspoon Roasted sesame seeds

Soup spoon finely sliced spring onions

Teaspoon Sichuan chilli powder

Teaspoon Sichuan pepper corn (powdered)

Teaspoon Cumin seeds (powdered)

Teaspoon Roasted sesame seeds

Teaspoon Crushed roasted peanuts

Teaspoon chopped garlic
1
Teaspoon chopped ginger

Soup Spoon Vegetable Oil
All the above marination to be finely chopped and mix together
Directions
1.
1) Arrange the assorted vegetables and quail egg on the bamboo skewers
2.
2) Cover with the marination and chargrill
3.
3) When cooked sprinkle the finely chopped spring onions and sesame seeds for presentation.
