lb your favorite sausage (I like Salvarorian Chorizo)

tsp red pepper flakes

oz can chopped tomatoes

14 oz tub ricotta cheese

package lasagna noodles
Oven safe dish to cook lasagna
Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 375 F.
2.
In food processor chop the garlic, onion, oregano & red pepper flakes.
3.
Take casings off sausage.
4.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
5.
Fry garlic mixture with chorizo for about 5 minutes.
6.
Add the vodka sauce and tomatoes.
7.
Simmer for another 5 minutes.
8.
While this simmers, clean the food processor.
9.
Cook the pasta according to instructions.
10.
Chop the fresh basil in the processor.

Add the ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan.
13.
Add the eggs and process.
14.
Spray the dish with non-stick spray.
15.
Add a layer of sauce, lasagna noodles.
16.
Then add a layer of cheese mixture, sauce and noodles again.
17.
Repeat until the dish is full.
18.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

Save the rest of the noodles for some other yummy dish.
