tsp salt, pinch of cayenne pepper
milk to mix to a fairly firm dough
Directions

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper
2.
Cut in the butter: add milk and mix just enough to incorporate.
3.
On a floured board, roll our to 1/2 inch thick.
4.
Cut into rounds and place on greased cookie sheet.
5.
Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with some more grated cheese.
6.
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes.
7.
Cool on a wire tray under cloth
