cups cooked chopped chicken

can black beans, drained
¼ cup finely chopped cooked onion

can sweet corn, drained
pinch of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes

package Mexican blend shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon evenly over pita chip or tortilla triangles. Bake for 8-10 minutes, just until cheese is bubbly. Serve with seasoned sour cream.
