Ingredients
1c sugar---for bottom carmel sauce

8oz pkg of cream cheese - softened
Directions

1. Add 1c of sugar to a pan and stir over med heat until melted into a brown caramel sauce. Pour sauce into four to six individual ramekins (depends on the size of the ramekin). Arrange in a 9x13 pan filled half way with warm water. Put aside.

2. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.

3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until well blended.

4. Spoon this mixture into each ramekin over the caramel sauce and put in the oven for 45 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven and run knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen the flan.

6. Place a place over a ramekin, turn over, remove the ramekin, and the caramel sauce will now be on top.
