This recipe is a family favorite, and served every Christmas Eve as an appetizer and Dessert! If you don't care for raisins, just omit them and the bread will still be delicious!
Pour the batter into 2 small loaf pans (fill pans half-full) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr, 15 minutes or until a knife (insert into center of bread) comes out clean.
