Christmas Old Witchs Magic Nut Bread
This recipe is a family favorite, and served every Christmas Eve as an appetizer and Dessert! If you don't care for raisins, just omit them and the bread will still be delicious!

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
| 2 | 1/2 cups flour |
| 2 | 1/4 cup sugar |
| 1 | 1/2 tsp. soda (baking) |
| 3/4 | tsp. cinnamon |
| 1 | cup raisins |
| 1/2 | cup walnuts |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3/4 | cup veg. oil |
| 1 | lb. can of Libby's pumpkin |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| For frosting: | |
| 4 | oz. cream cheese |
| 3 | tbsp. butter |
| 1 | tsp. vanilla |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | Pour the batter into 2 small loaf pans (fill pans half-full) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr, 15 minutes or until a knife (insert into center of bread) comes out clean. |
| Step 2 | Spread frosting over loaves of bread; top with chopped walnuts. |
