Description:

Something DIFFERENT for Christmas! Surprise your guests by serving turkey in a non-traditional way. Quantity of ingredients is not given; you know how many guests you want to serve, so select quantities accordingly. Serve rice and pickled sliced beets (in separate dishes) as side dishes.

Ingredients

1
cooked turkey breast from deli, or buy raw and poach
carrots water
onions soy sauce
zucchini
celery
water chestnuts
cashews
olive oil
cornstarch

Directions

1.
Pour 2 T high-grade virgin olive oil into wok. Shred or dice turkey breast. Turn wok onto high heat. Run carrots, onions, zucchini, and celery (strings removed) through SLICING blade of food processor. Put carrots into heated wok and stir-fry five minutes. Add zucchini, carrots, onions, and celery and stir-fry for two minutes. Add 2 T water and cover wok for two minutes. Uncover, add 2 T cornstarch shaken thoroughly with 2 T water. Add soy sauce and shake again. Pour into wok and stir until sauce is thick and glossy.
