Ingredients

2-3
Tablespoon of Extra VIrgen Olive Oil
Fresh Garlic (about 25 pieces)
Salt (argentinean salt preferably)
Pepper
2
Pounds of Skirt Steak cut it in thin slices (if you find Agentinean Vacio Angus Beef will be better)
1/2
Cup of your favirite beer (no dark or too light)
1
Cup of Fresh White Mushrooms
1/4
Cup of White wine (Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)

Directions

1.
On a Med-High saucepan add the oil and 10 sliced cut garlics and 10 mashed garlics.
2.
Once the garlics turnes gold add the skirt steak....increase the temperature to high if necessarly. Add salt and pepper to the meat.
3.
Before the meat reach "med" cook add the beer but make sure is very, very hot so the beer can evaporate inmediately....then wait 1-2 minutes until meat reach a nice color (grill). It is recommended to cook it no more than Med-Well.
4.
On a different saucepan add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and 5 mashed garlics, once is very hot, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and the wine. Once 50% of the wine is evaporated and the mushrooms are fully cooked reduce heat.
5.
Once the meat is ready and served, add the Mushroom sauce on top. You can add a fresh piece of parsley to decorate on top.
6.
Try it with delicious green rice or Tostones!
