Description:

I knew the use of pumpkin and cinamon to make sweets. I tryed to make a soup, it works fine enough.

Ingredients

- Pumpkin, one slice for every serve. Any kind is good.
- 1 Carrot
- 1 garlic clove
- some leek (Allium porrum)
- haff-a-quill of cinamon
- flour
- olive oil
- vegetables or chicken and vegetables broth

Directions

Cut pumpkin slices in medim size pieces. Steam-cook them for about 15 minutes. Slice leek finely, cut carrot in small pieces (the smallest possible) with a large knife. Put sliced leek, carrot, the garlic clove an some olive oil in a pot. Fry them lightly for about 2 mins then add one cup of broth.

Make a pulp of pumpkin pieces using a mixer or wathever you want. Add the pumpkin in the pot with two cups of broth, a spoon (table spoon) of flour, the cinamon. Cook for about 15 mins more. Serve the soup hot, pouring some olive oil on it, and serve it maybe with a cup of "vin brulé".
