(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

(7 ounce) can tomatillo salsa (salsa verde)

tsp freshly ground black pepper

bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions

Combine everything in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Use as a dip or serve as a sauce for grilled fish and chicken.

You can add extra cumin, garlic and tomatillo sauce to it (to taste).
