loaf Cinnabon Raisin bread (or any other raisin bread)

medium green apples, finely diced
Directions

Prepare caramel by melting vanilla ice cream, 1/2 c brown sugar and butter in pot. Can add more of each ingredient to taste. Pour into bottom of greased baking dish.

Combine beaten eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, white sugar, milk, raisins and apples in large mixing bowl. Add bread and toss until bread is saturated. Pour into baking dish.

Bake on 350 for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
