this recipe comes from the island of Puerto Rico and it is prepare mostly during christmas season, the rum that was use to prepare this drink was made from sugar cane, and it was called ron canita or pitorro.

Ingredients

1lrg can of coconut milk 3cans of evaporated milk 2cans of sweetened milk 1tbs of sweet grated coconut 1bottle-375ml of Palo Viejo white rum 2egg yolks

Directions

1.
with an electrical hand blender mix the coconut milk and the eggs yolk add the rest of the ingridients and mix for 3 minutes at low speed. chill before serving.
