Description:

I make this every chance I get, but its also a great dish to take to a party or have at a party. Its good for new years too because its so warm with the cornbread and onion/pepper. Its really cozy!

Ingredients

corn bread boxed mix

small onion

1/2

cup green pepper chopped

chopped tomato

cup mayonnaise

Directions

Prepare and bake cornbread per directions on box. Let cool completely. Once cooled, crumble up into a large bowl. Chop onion, green pepper, and tomato. Mix chopped veggies and mayonnaise into the crumbled cornbread. Serve with a spoon. Can be eaten with crackers or bread.
