2c frozen ready to cook hash brown potatoes w peppers & onions
1/2
c shredded cheddar cheese
chopped chives or green onion tos for garnish (opt)
Directions

combine milk, corn, potatoes, salt, and pepper in a lg saucepan
2.
cover and bring to a boil over high heat
3.
reduce heat to med-low
5.
simmer uncovered 8-10 min or until thickened, stirring frequently
6.
sprinkle w cheese and chives (opt)
