Ingredients

2
cups of finely shredded green cabbage
2
tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1
tsp salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1
pizza crust (Boboli, or prepare your own)
1/4
pound thinly sliced corned beef
2
cups grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup green pepper, cut in small pieces
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Directions

1.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the cabbage for about 5 minutes or until it is soft. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
3.
3. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the sautéed cabbage on the crust to within one-quarter inch of the edge. Arrange the corned beef slices over the cabbage. Add the green pepper pieces. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the corned beef and top with parmesan cheese.
4.
4. Bake the pizza for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
