Ingredients

American Biscuit
Country gravy
1/4
tsp salt

tsp pepper
sausage slices, cooked

hard boiled eggs

Directions

1.
Separate the egg's yolks and whites; chop the whites finely.
2.
Lay the American biscuit on a hot platter, put sausage slices and cover with the country gravy.
3.
Sprinkle with the chopped whites, then press the yolks through a ricer, sprinkle lightly over the chopped whites.
4.
Add the seasonings before serving.
