tbsp. fresh ground black pepper

tbsp. chopped fresh marjoram
1
tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1
tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1
tbsp. chopped fresh basil
3
tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3
lbs. country-style pork ribs
Directions
1.
Place all ingredients, except ribs, in a food processor or blender and whirl until well blended.
2.
Pour marinade over ribs in a freezer baggie and marinate over night.
3.
Heat grill to medium or medium high.
4.
Drain the meat and place on hot grill.
5.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on first side, turn and cook 6-8 minutes on the other.
