This is a delicious crab quiche that is an excellent choice for a breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

tbsp flour

beaten eggs
1/3
cup milk
1-2/3
cups (a 7-1/2 oz. can) drained, flaked crabmeat
1
(8-ounce) package sliced natural Swiss cheese, diced

cup sliced green onions
1
(9-inch) unbaked pieshell

Directions

1.
Combine mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk and mix until blended. Stir in crab, cheese and green onions. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate or quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
