Ingredients
Crawfish - 1 package (1-2lbs)
Creme of Mushroom Soup - 2 cans (small cans)
Zateranes Spice - 1 pinch
Mushroomes - 1 Can - small (sliced and diced) ** optional

Chop all the green onions up. Put all ingredients into a pot. A medium pot should be fine. Heat until hot - not boiling but HOT! Stir often. Take an place in a bowl and serve with french bread or serve with rolls. Some people like it with rice. I take a roll - cut the top and scrap out the inside. Pour the etoufee in the roll and serve. It's great in a bread bowl. You can add you favorite spice to get it hotter.
