Ingredients

1/2

cup onion

oz cream cheese

1can Cream of Mushroom soup

Small jar of Mushrooms

Tbsp. Sherry

Tbsp. Butter

to 4 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey

rice or noodles

Directions

Cube the cream cheese and let soften. Saute onions in butter. Blend in cream cheese, soup, mushrooms and liquid, sherry and chicken. Bring to a boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
