1. In a saucepan put bacon and cook until crisp. Remove the bacon and cook the onion with the remaining fat from bacon.

4. For 3 min. Cook the mixture then add milk and bring to a boiling point.

5. Season with paprika and salt.

6. For serving, sprinkle with parsley over the chowder.
