Ingredients

lbs carrots, peeled and sliced

cloves of garlic, chopped

tsp cumin seeds, crushed
Directions
1.
Heat the oil and sautee the carrots.
2.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
3.
Keep sauteeing for 15 minutes.
4.
Add the garlic and cumin.
5.
Add wine and a bit of water.
7.
Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes.
