Description:

needed a dip, called my mother and got this recipe.

Ingredients

Serves - 7 to 8 people
Yoghurt - 1 kg
Spring onions - 4
salt and pepper to taste
mustard - 2 tsp
garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Directions

1.
1. hang the yoghurt for 3 hours so that all the water drains out.
2.
2. take the remaining yoghurt and add some garlic paste and mix well
3.
3. add salt and pepper and mix
4.
4. finely chop the spring onions along with an inch of the stem and mix well
5.
5. serve with salad or potato chips.
