| Soya Nuggets- 1/2 packet | |

| Onion (Chopped)-1 no | |
| Tomato (Chopped)- 1 no | |
| Shredded Cabbage- 4 Tbsp | |
| Grated Carrot- 4 Tbsp | |
| Capsicum (Chopped)- 4 Tbsp | |
| Tomato Ketchup- 1 Tsp | |
| Soya Sauce- 1/2 Tsp | |
| Ready-made | orage juice (Optional)-2 Tsp |
| Salt |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | Soak the soya nuggets in hot water for 10 Minutes. |
| Step 2 | Squeeze the Nuggets and get rid of the water in it. |
| Step 3 | Keep it aside. |

In a wok, Heat the oil (Turn the stove flame to'high' |
| Step 5 | Fry the onion till it becomes pink |
| Step 6 | Add the chopped tomato & fry for 30 seconds |
| Step 7 | Add soya and tomato sauces in to it and fry for fews seconds. |
| Step 8 | Add the Grated carrot, Cabbage and fry for few seconds. |
| Step 9 | Add the Orage juice |
| Step 10 | Add Salt. |
| Step 11 | Last Add the chopped capsicum and fry for few seconds. |
| Step 12 | Note that the colour of the vegetables do not change. |
| Step 13 | The vegetables should be just a little cooked and be |
| Step 14 | crunchy. |
| Step 15 | Then add the Soya Nuggets to this and just mix. |
| Step 16 | Transfer the contents on the Kadai, in to the |
| Step 17 | tiffin box and garnish it with chopped Spring Onions. |
| Step 18 | Off to School with a delicious/Nutritious lunch. |
