Description:

Rich chocolate cake with espresso. Has a brownie like texture and taste. Top with powdered sugar or cinamon for an extra touch. Image of cake half way done baking.

Ingredients

in spring form pan, bowls

oz dark chocolate
1/3
cup espresso
2
sticks butter
2
cups sugar
6
eggs separated
1
cup flour

Directions

1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pan.
2.
Melt chocolate with espresso in a pan. In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and flour. Beat egg whites in separate bowl then add to mix along with chocolate and espresso.
3.
Bake 55 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon for an added touch. Enjoy!
