Ingredients
Vegetable oil, for deep frying

cup of self raising flour
1
king size mars bar, chilled in freezer
½ mars bar, very thinly sliced
Directions

For the sauce, heat cream, mars bar, brandy and cocoa in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring often until mars bar pieces have melted.

Pour vegetable oil into a medium saucepan until one-third full.

Heat over medium-high until hot.

Whisk flour, milk and egg with water in a bowl until batter is smooth.
5.
Dip chilled mars bar into the batter then deep fry, 2-3 minutes or until crisp and golden.
6.
Drain well on paper towel.
7.
To serve, place a mars bar on a plate with ice cream and pour over mars bar sauce.
