A wonderful cookie dough that we sometimes eat before cooking!

Ingredients

1/2

cup butter

1/2

tsp cream of tartar

cup brown suger

1/2

tsp vanilla

1/2

tsp baking soda

egg

1/2

cup nhopped pecans

cups flour

Directions

Mix all and roll into a cylinder shape. Wrap in wax paper and chill in refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Cut thin slices and bake at 350 F for 9-11 minutes.
