lb ground beef (or turkey)

oz. canned tomato sauce

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, brown the meat along with the onions and celery in a medium size skillet. Once meat is browned, drain off any excess fat. Return skillet to stove and combine all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the parmesan. Let simmer for about five minutes. Once the meat and sauce mixture has simmered and the spaghetti is done, combine and mix the two in a casserole dish. Top it off with enough parmesan to completely cover the top of the dish (or more if you're a cheese lover like me). Bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
