3 oz. package Lemon Gelatin

13 oz can Evaporated Milk (Whipped)

(9") Graham Cracker Crumb Pie Crust (OR a graham cracker crumb lined 9x13 pan)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until thickened. Cream sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Blend in gelatin. Fold in whipped evaporated milk. Pour fillings into crust. Chill until set.

**Can also be made with sugar free gelatin, just leave out the sugar.**

**Sugar can also be reduced.**
