Artichoke Hearts - from a jar

ounces Low Fat or Fat Free Cream cheese - softened
1/4
pound Crab meat or Imitation Crab meat - flaked
Directions

Place artichoke hearts, crab, garlic, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in food processor and pulse until chopped into small pieces.
2.
Add cream cheese and puree until mixture is smooth.
3.
Serve with vegetables and low fat crackers.
